Your Role

As a Duty Manager / Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key part of our store leadership team. You'll ensure smooth daily operations, support team development, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations during shifts, including staff coordination, product availability, cleanliness, and safety standards Support recruitment, training, and performance management of team members Manage inventory levels, assist with scheduling, and monitor store costs Ensure a positive customer experience and handle complaints effectively Collaborate with the Store Manager and assist with other administrative and team-related tasks

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food & beverage industry is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn and eager to grow within the company
