The role of a HGV Driver

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated full-time experience additional... HGV Driver (Class 2) to join our team at our Redditch branch. The ideal candidate will confidently complete multi drop deliveries of goods to our customers around the Midlands and surrounding areas. The most important thing for us is safety from unloading and loading deliveries and customer service.

Your Responsibilities

You will work to efficiently deliver products to our customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through a friendly demeanour and strong work ethic. You will be responsible for loading and offloading goods, as well as maintaining tidiness in your own vehicle. Health and safety is a top priority, and we expect all of our staff to work within company and Health and Safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Have Class 2 (Category C) Licence Have a Driver Qualification Card (DQC) Hold a HIAB Licence Provide CPC Training certificates Understand and comply with VOSA Driving Regulations Understand Tacho breaks during driving hours An understanding of Building Materials (not essential) Experience using various manual cranes, preferably brick grab Proficiency in English
