Everyman Driving Experiences is the largest provider of driving experiences in the UK, with a diverse fleet of vehicles including supercars, classic cars, HGVs, and more. We operate nationwide from multiple prestigious circuits, with this role based at our newly refurbished workshop facility at the iconic Dunsfold Park - Home of the Top Gear track.
The Role
This is a crucial support role within the operations team, responsible for the efficient administration of our HGV fleet. You'll complete compliance checks, maintenance scheduling, and responsible for ensuring all our vehicles are safe, legal, and ready for the road. Working closely with our transport managers, mechanics, and drivers, you'll keep records up-to-date and accurate, meeting DVSA and company compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Maintain accurate records of all HGVs, trailers, and fleet documentation
Schedule and monitor HGV servicing, MOTs, inspections, maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements including tachograph records, driver CPC training, and vehicle roadworthiness.
Liaise with external providers, mechanics/workshops to coordinate repairs and maintenance.
Manage vehicle defect reporting systems, ensuring timely rectification of faults.
Keep insurance, tax, licensing records updated, ensure renewals are completed.
Assist in planning vehicle usage and availability for events.
Administrative duties including compiling reports and maintaining spreadsheets.
Handle general correspondence with drivers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Participate in compliance audits, provide necessary documentation when required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an HGV, fleet, or transport administration role (essential).
Knowledge of HGV compliance requirements (including driver hours, inspections, maintenance schedules).
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident working independently, managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
Ability to liaise with drivers, managers, and external suppliers.
Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a problem-solving approach.
Full UK driving license and access to car is essential due to location.
