I H Jordan (Transport) Ltd are currently looking to recruit additional skilled & reliable C+E (Class 1) HGV drivers to join our logistics team, delivering building materials around the UK on a variety of vehicle configurations.
Our Operating Centre is in Market Weighton, East Riding of Yorkshire (Nr. Hull).

This role involves transporting construction materials to various locations while ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.
Key Points:
Monday to Friday
Experienced drivers preferred however, new passes are welcome to apply, we hire based on aptitude & potential, not just experience.
Additionally, lorry mounted forklift (moffett) and lorry mounted loader crane (HIAB) experience preferred although training will be provided to the right candidates.
Continuous training paid (eg DCPC, FLT/Lorry Loader refreshers)
Early start from 0400~0600
These are tramping positions - 4 nights out a week. You will have a dedicated vehicle.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
Valid commercial driving licence with appropriate certificates for lorry mounted forklifts/cranes, where applicable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
A commitment to maintaining high safety standards while on the road.
