We are currently seeking a skilled
Class 1 HGV Day Driver
to join our team.As an HGV Class 1 Day Driver you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our bespoke goods to our customers.
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
Operating HGV Class1 vehicles in compliance with UK road safety regulations
Conducting pre and post trip vehicle inspections.
Ensuring secure and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
Providing excellent customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
Communicating effectively with the dispatch team.
Requirements
Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
Valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
A minimum of 2 years of HGV Class 1 experience
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
Benefits
45 hour a week contract
Overtime paid at 16.50.
Monday to Friday - Day shifts (No weekend working)
Annual Christmas shut down period with additional 1 day gifted.
