Job Description

As an HGV Driver at Uniserve, you will play a vital role in our daily operations.


Rota pattern - 5 on 2 off 5 on 3 off so some weekend working will be required.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting daily vehicle checks in accordance with company procedures to ensure roadworthiness. Promptly reporting any vehicle defects. Assisting with loading and unloading company vehicles. Reporting customer complaints to the Transport team. Adhering to all current EU road transport regulations. Ensuring freight is secure and within weight/capacity limits. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and presentation.

What We're Looking For:

A valid HGV LGV Class 1 licence. A valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) card. A Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 penalty points on their licence. Commercial driving experience. A commitment to reporting customer complaints and vehicle defects promptly and accurately.
