Phoenix Environmental is a small, friendly, and growing waste management business, and we've just opened a new depot in Corby as part of our national expansion. We're offering a great opportunity to be part of the journey right from the start and help shape the future of our operation.

We're looking for reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our team at this exciting stage. You'll be working closely with our on-site Transport Manager, handling both healthcare and hazardous waste collections in a well-supported, well-organised environment.

The Role:

Drive a clean, modern fleet including box trailers, double deckers, curtain siders, and RoRo skips Carry outtrailer exchanges and collect wheeled clinical bins from hospitals and healthcare sites Transport hazardous waste using curtain siders - ADR essential Use Moffett forklifts where required - we'll provide training if needed Complete simple digital paperwork via handheld terminals Represent Phoenix professionally and with care - we value relationships

What We're Looking For:

HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Valid CPC and digital tachograph card ADR licence (packages 6.1 / 6.2) required Moffett experience or willingness to train Fit, dependable, and respectful of customer sites A team player with a positive, can-do approach
