We have a range of permanent employment opportunities working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, Days and Nights, doing store deliveries which involve loading and unloading products from the distribution centre to stores. You will work an average of 10-12 hours per shift.

What will you do & what will you need?

You'll play a vital role in ensuring our stock is where it needs to be. You'll be responsible for transporting Lidl products between Lidl warehouses and Lidl stores, always adhering to our Health & Safety regulations. Your duties will also involve loading and unloading the vehicle with an electric pump truck. This is a hands-on job with plenty of responsibility. You'll be out on the road but also working closely with colleagues and representing Stanton Logistics to everyone you meet.

Key Tasks

Attending site inductions and 4 days of training. Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects or damages. Self-loading/unloading the trailer with an electric pump truck. Making on-time deliveries to stores. Reloading waste back to the distribution centre. Ensuring that your vehicle is clean and fit for the next delivery. Complying with company policies and procedures.

Permanent contract with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Reliable weekly pay via our in-house payroll team. Mon to Sun: 175 (plus 12 per shift bonus paid on quarterly Basis). Mon to Fri extra shift rate: 185 (plus 12 per shift bonus paid on quarterly Basis). Saturday extra shift: 191 (plus 12 per shift bonus paid on quarterly Basis). Sunday extra shift: 201 (plus 12 per shift bonus paid on quarterly Basis). Quarterly bonus. 20 days paid holiday. Pre-routed/planned routes. Branded uniform after 3 months. Part-funded CPC. The Essentials

Here's what we need from you to join the team:

A minimum of 12 months' experience driving HGVs (due to the complexity of some of the store deliveries). Good knowledge of driver's hours and WTD regulations. A valid C+E UK driving licence. A valid UK Driver CPC. A valid UK Digital Tachograph Card. No more than 6 penalty points and no CD, DD, TT, IN, or DR codes.
