Millison Chase Limited is looking for experienced HGV C+E drivers to work with our client,

Our client is a larger well-established family-owned distribution company looking fulltime ongoing HGV Class 1 drivers to join their expanding team, with temporary to permanent roles offered to suitable candidates

This is a temporary ongoing role for a HGV C+E (Class 1) Driver with Millison Chase Limited working within our client's depot betweenTewkesbury,

As a HGV C+E Driver you will be responsible for daily deliveries, ensuring the safe transportation of goods and maintaining accurate records of delivery schedules.

Shifts can be long but are in keeping with in law and legislation.

The job itself will consist of delivering dairy produce in bulk to RDC, NDC or CDC locations among other products delivery is with a refrigerated articulated lorry delivering business to business on varied routes normally or collections of other bulk items to be distributed to 1 of 3 owned localised distribution points.

There is handball on this job with and use of bars and cages being the norm but will also have occasional pallets onboard.

Qualifications

Valid UK HGV C+E (Class 1) license Experience with daily deliveries and transportation of goods Strong knowledge of road safety regulations Excellent communication and time management skills UK CPC card UK digi Card No more than 6 penalty points and only SP codes allowed 1 year driving experience for insurance Purposes

Pay

Nights Mon to Fri 17.00 per hour Weekends 18.50 per hour
This is equivalent to between 19.23 & 20.73 pay when you factor in holiday pay
