Allocated top spec vehicle with, fridge, microwave and invertor (Volvo). Delivering/Collecting Goods all over UK, Refrigerated and curtainsider vehicles Complete daily vehicle checks in line with Operating Licence procedures, reporting any defects to the Transport department Compliance with all regulations relating to Drivers hours and tachographs Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Any other duties as delegated by the Transport Department

Essential Criteria

Must hold a valid HGV1 licence, Digital Tachograph card and Full Driver CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) Min 1 years driving experience. Good Geographical knowledge of UK Excellent Knowledge of driver's hours, rules and regulations Good Communication skills (both written and verbal) Excellent customer service skills Must be able to apply Manual Handling techniques Must be flexible to work weekends

Shift Pattern and renumeration:

1 week tramping (6 days then 5 days) 850 per week, 26.20 per night out and up to 25.00 per day meal allowance 2 Week Tramping (24 hour break away from base, returning for fortnightly rest requirements) 875 per week, 26.20 per night out and up to 25.00 per day meal allowance 4on/4off 750 per week, 26.20 per night out and up to 25.00 per day meal allowance
