HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver - upto 205 per day (Including 25 Night out allowance)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Class 1 Lorry Driver to join our team on a tramping basis. We aim to be different by including drivers in our business understanding they are the key resource we have and empowering them to be part of our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class 1 HGV in compliance with all road traffic regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes. Load and unload goods, ensuring they are secured safely. Complete accurate paperwork, including delivery notes and logbooks. Adhere to strict delivery schedules and deadlines. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle. Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Shift Times:

Start Monday 7am back home Friday early evening

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Class 1 HGV driving licence. Digital Tachograph card. Driver CPC qualification. Proven experience as a Class 1 HGV driver. Excellent driving record. Strong geographical knowledge of the UK. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical fitness to handle heavy loads.
