Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and experienced HGV C+E drivers to join our team to service both our UK and EU work .

Operate mainly on a Monday to Friday Tramping position with possible weekend work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and professionalism on the road.

Duties

include but not limited to:

Performing vehicle checks at the beginning of every shift. Basic administration of paperwork & POD's. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption. Communicate with planner regarding delivery times and any potential issues. Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies during transportation. Bulk powder tanker experience preferred, but not essential as training will be given. Strong driving skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customer. Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary. Saturday 16.25

Sunday 22.00

Bank Holiday 22.00

Nights out 28.50

Meal allowance /working day 4.00
