Job Title: Class 1 Driver with Hiab - Welfare Unit Delivery & Collection

Are you a skilled and safety-conscious Class 1 Driver with Hiab certification? We're looking for a reliable and professional driver to join our growing team in Grantham! In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering and collecting welfare units to and from customer sites, ensuring top-notch service every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing:

Safely operate company vehicles in line with UK regulations and internal policies. Load, deliver, and collect welfare units from customer sites. Carry out demonstrations of units when required. Perform minor on-site repairs and maintenance. Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure loads are secure. Maintain accurate route sheets, driver logs, and inspection records. Interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Keep your vehicle clean and well-maintained. Support with occasional service driver duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence with Hiab certification. Digital Tachograph Card - essential. Strong understanding of UK driving laws and tachograph regulations. Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks. Awareness of Health & Safety standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required. A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset.

Minimum Requirements:

Legally eligible to work in the UK. No licence suspensions in the last 2 years.
