Key Responsibilities:
Safety Protocols:
Conduct inspections of your vehicle to ensure it's in optimal condition.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe handling and transportation of goods.
Immediately report any safety concerns, incidents, or near-misses to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
Record Keeping:
Maintain records of all deliveries, including delivery notes, invoices, and any customer feedback.
Log delivery details and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Accuracy in Paperwork:
Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is collected, signed, and filed correctly upon delivery or collection.
Ensure all recorded information aligns with company standards to avoid discrepancies.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any queries or issues professionally and promptly.
Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Loading and Unloading:
Safely load and unload goods using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
Ensure all items are securely fastened and protected during transit to prevent damage.

Requirements:
Valid UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points.
Minimum of 2 years HGV Class 1 driving experience.
Valid UK CPC and UK Digi Tacho cards.
Comfortable working evening and night shifts.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Excellent knowledge of EU driving laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Strong commitment to health and safety standards.
