Job Description

MCS Logistics Ltd is currently hiring

experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers

for ongoing

container transport work

across the UK. This is a

full-time, permanent position

ideal for professionals who are comfortable with nights out and looking for stable, long-term work in a growing logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:



Collect containers from

major UK ports

including

DP World (Southampton)

and

Portico (Portsmouth)

Deliver containers to customer sites nationwide Tramp Monday to Friday with

regular nights out in the cab

Carry out

daily vehicle checks

and complete relevant paperwork Secure loads correctly and ensure safe transport Comply with

driver hours legislation and tachograph regulations


Requirements:



Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

Driver CPC

and

Digital Tachograph Card

Minimum

3 years' experience

in HGV driving (essential) Experience with

port work

and

container transport

(preferred) Port access cards (e.g.

DP World

,

Portico

) are an advantage Comfortable with

tramping

(nights out required) Basic vehicle check/maintenance skills Good communication and time management skills

210.00 per day
