A&F Haulage Ltd is a well-established, family-run nationwide haulage company with depots across the UK. We are seeking an experienced

HGV Class 2 (Class C) Tipper Driver

to join our team at the Salford Road depot in Bolton (BL5).

Key Responsibilities

Safely deliver aggregates and asphalt to customer sites. Perform daily vehicle safety and roadworthiness checks. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer site procedures. Adhere to all road safety, quality, and legal requirements. Complete delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently. Drive professionally, defensively, and courteously at all times.

Requirements

Previous HGV driving experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate. Tipper experience is desirable. MPQC card is a plus (not essential). Knowledge of tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations. Strong geographical knowledge. Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills.

Licence & Compliance

Valid HGV Class C licence. Valid Driver CPC. Valid Digital Tachograph card. Maximum of 6 penalty points. Applicants with DR, DD, or IN offences will not be considered.
