Job Description
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled class 2 Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations. Some loads will be abnormal requiring movement orders and dispensations.
ADR and ALLMI an advantage but can be aquired through us once probationary period is completed
Due to the delivery/handling/selling of age restricted items, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply.
These are min 12 hour shifts
The truck will be based our Plover Close, Newport Operating Centre
A good appreciation of health & safety is a must too, along with excellent driving skills - and we will ask you to take a driving assessment as part of your application. Required essential experience skills and qualifications:
You will need a full valid UK manual driving licence with no more than six points - and you should be 18 years old or over. Part of the application process will include a licence check and a security check to confirm your suitability for the role. Required desirable experience skills and qualifications: Previous experience in a driving role and a knowledge of chilled vehicles would both be welcomed.
