Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Lorry Driver to join our family run Powered Access Hire Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of machines, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Duties

Operate a lorry to transport machines to designated locations safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Load and unload machines Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, promoting safety at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in a Powered Access Hire Environment. Plant Hire or Forklift Hire experience will be considered. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with clients and team members.
