Job Description
Gee Dee is a leading provider of waste management and environmental services, dedicated to maintaining clean and sustainable communities. We are currently seeking a skilled Class 2 Driver to join our team for gully sucking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate gully sucking vehicles for the effective cleaning of drainage systems, ensuring they are free of debris and blockages.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies while on the job.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational objectives efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 2 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in driving commercial vehicles preferred.
- Knowledge of gully sucking operations is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
