About us
Leengate Metals was formed in 1990 and are a mulit metal stockholder and distributer based in Nottingham, with distribution sites in Northants and the west midlands.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a HGV Class 2 driver with multi-drop/collection experience.
All of our deliveries/collections are B2B with repeat customers/suppliers.
Drivers are required to secure material in a safe manner and carry out a pre-shift inspection. They must also comply with legislation regarding vehicle safety, tachographs and working time.
Having a valid class 2 licence and a full CPC card is vital.
We pride ourselves on offering a great customer service, so it's vital that our drivers conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner.
Salary is 13.50 per hour for a guaranteed 40 hrs per week + occassional overtime.
Start time is 5am, but may vary depending on the business needs.
