Job Description
Backline Logistics Plymouth are currently seeking a HGV Class 2/ Category C driver for an immediate start. The shifts are Monday-Thursday with a usual start time of 06:30am until 16:30pm, guaranteed 9.5 hours of pay per day.
The role involves the collection and delivery of various furniture items, these items will need to be safely manually handled off and on the lorry. The ideal candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude and be physically fit and healthy as this role includes heavy lifting.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- You must hold a full UK Class 2 / Category C Licence with a maximum of 3 penalty points.
- You must hold a current and valid CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Physically fit as heavy lifting will be required.
- 13.37 per hour PAYE
- Weekly Pay
- FREE CPC training.
- FREE training to upskill drivers including HIAB/ADR/Forklift/Moffett....and more
- 24-hour manned phones for support.
