Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and flexible driver to join our team. This is a varied role involving HGV Class 2 truck driving (up to 26T), van driving, and assisting with collections across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving our Class 2 trucks (up to 26T) and vans for nationwide collections Handling a mixture of palletised work and manual collections (bags, boxes, and IT equipment) Loading, unloading, and securing goods safely (manual handling and heavy lifting within safe guidelines) Completing paperwork and ensuring accurate records of collections Carrying out daily vehicle checks, keeping vehicles clean, and reporting defects Following agreed routes and schedules, often with multiple collections per day Processing waste or equipment in the yard when required Providing excellent customer service and representing the company professionally Maintaining safe driving standards at all times in line with company policy
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with
HGV Class 2 (Category C)
entitlement (up to 26T)Clean driving licence
(essential) CPC qualification and valid Digi Card Previous HGV and van driving experience (nationwide work desirable) Comfortable with both palletised and manual handling work Good communication skills and a strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime where requiredWhat We Offer:
