The Role

As a Cargo Express Class 2 Driver, you'll be trusted to represent our business on UK-wide deliveries that require professionalism and care. You'll combine skill on the road with independence and attention to detail -- ensuring goods are delivered safely, securely, and on schedule.

Your key responsibilities include:

Driving HGV Class 2 vehicles across the UK, often with overnight stays. Completing pre- and post-vehicle checks and ensuring full compliance. Coordinating with the transport office to maintain accurate ETAs and delivery notes. Managing rest breaks and parking safely at pre-approved secure sites. Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy, and road-ready at all times. Delivering outstanding service and professionalism when dealing with customers and site staff.
What We're Looking For

Full Category C Licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card (required) Minimum 12 months' Class 2 driving experience preferred Strong understanding of driver hours and UK transport regulations Professional, self-reliant, and customer-focused Willing and able to stay out overnight regularly Clean driving record (minor points considered)
