Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Truck Driver, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of various access & plant machinery.

As a driver at Vertikal, you'll be contracted to work 47.5 hours per week, with overtime as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a truck to transport machinery to various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. To drive long or short distances as required Follow pre-planned schedules & assist where necessary Follow traffic reports & adapt routes as necessary Conduct accurate & thorough pre-use inspections of your vehicle Complete proof of deliveries & collections on a company-supplied phone/tablet Ensure vehicle cab is kept in a clean & tidy condition

Basic qualifications & requirements

Valid HGV Cat C / Class 2 licence Valid Tachograph Card CPC Qualification Ability to perform physical tasks such as strapping & chaining down Maximum 6 points on licence Valid right to work in the UK

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience as an IPAF operator/demonstrator is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
