An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Tican Chilled Ltd.

Tican Chilled have served the meat industry nationally for over 20 years and we are now looking to expand. We are looking for a full time permanent class 2 (category C) driver to join our team working from our new hub in Purfleet Tuesday to Friday, day shift.

You will be responsible for multi drop deliveries to our existing customer base.

Handheld devices are used for the recording of deliveries, daily vehicle checks and reporting of defects.

Deliveries are made with the aid of a tail lift, pallet truck and sack truck. The role will involve load securing and some manual handling.

The ideal candidate will have:

Driver CPC qualification

Digital tachograph card

Good knowledge of legislation

Good communication skills

Start times are to be flexible early mornings

The successful candidate will receive:

Guaranteed Salary: 35,000 - based on a 45 hour week (Tues - Fri)

An achievable 1,500 bonus payed annually
