The Opportunity

We are delighted to be able to offer a full time opportunity as a HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Delivery Driver at our Depot within our team at DeeBee Wholesale, Leads Road, Hull.

We are a family fun business, operating a Delivered Wholesale business from two depots located in Grimsby and Hull.

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for delivering and the safe movement of goods and pallets from your vehicle to our Customer premises, who are based across the North of England. The Customers' are a mixed base of Convenience Retailers, larger Wholesalers and licensed premises.

Deliveries include both delivery into Customer premises and drop and leave.

80% of our deliveries are drop and leave, 20% of our deliveries are moved into Customer premises.

Customer Service skills are a must, along with a sense of humour!

The role is physical in nature and involves as much manual handling as driving on some days.

What are the hours?

5 days a week, Monday to Friday. 06:00 - 15:00.

We operate on a Monday to Friday basis, including all Bank Holidays with the exception of 25 and 26 December and 1 January.

Must hold a Class 2 / Class C Driving Licence and up to date CPC.

Salary Details;

Basic Salary;

27,183.00 per annum.

Bonus;

5,237.00 per annum (subject to criteria).

Total;

32, 420.00 per annum.

We offer a starting holiday balance of 29 days per year (pro-rata dependant on start date) and other benefits too.

Minimum of 2 years Class 2 Driving experience would be preferred.
