Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Tican Chilled Ltd.

Tican Chilled have served the meat industry nationally for over 20 years and we are now looking to expand our driving team. We are looking for a full time permanent class 2 (category C) to join our team working Tuesday to Friday out of our Walsall depot.

You will be responsible for multi drop deliveries to our existing customer base.

Handheld devices are used for the recording of deliveries, daily vehicle checks and reporting of defects.

Deliveries are made with the aid of a tail lift, pallet truck and sack truck. The role will involve some manual handling and load securing.

The ideal candidate will have:

Driver CPC qualification

Digital tachograph card

Good knowledge of legislation

Good communication skills with customer focus.

Start times are between 4:00 am - 6:00 am, 36 hour salary based week Tuesday to Friday
