Summary

WOULD SUIT SEMI RETIRED LOOKING FOR A BIT OF PIN MONEY, OR IF YOUR ARE JUST LOOKING FOR PART TIME HOURS, TUESDAY THRU THURSDAY USUALLY 6 TILL 4 , MORE OFTEN THAN NOT YOULL BE DONE EARLIER , BUT THERE ARE SOMETIMES VARRIED EARLIER START TIMES , MAYBE 5 OR 5:30, DEPENDS ON THE JOB, JOB IS MULTI DROP NORTH OF ENGLAND, OR SINGLE DROPS NATIONWIDE, NO NIGHTS OUT , SOME TAIL LIFT WORK, AND VERY LITTLE ( IF ANY) HANDBALL, BASICALLY LOOKING FOR SOMEONE I CAN JUST LEAVE ALONE TO GET THE JOB DONE . MUST HAVE IN DATE DCPC, AND DIGI CARD, NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS

Responsibilities

Safely operate a truck to transport goods to designated locations. Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs and receipts. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules. Assist in loading and unloading cargo as needed.

Requirements

Valid commercial driving license (CDL) required. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws. Ability to operate flatbed trucks is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
