Job Description
Fresco Environmental Ltd, a local waste management company operating within the North West region require HGV Class 2 RoRo (Hook) Driver.
Contracted hours of work are 40hrs per week Monday to Friday , overtime available at a rate of 21 p/hr (flexibility required as an average of 10hrs overtime is expected per week), and routes are generally within a 30 mile radius of the depot in Widnes.
NO WEEKENDS
A clean driving licence is preferred, however, penalty points would be considered, if acceptable to our insurers.
A current Driver CPC qualification and a digital tachograph card are a requirement for the successful candidate.
Experience of RoRo/Hook Lift is required.
14.00 p/hr + 50.00 weekly incentive bonus.
Summary
As an HGV Class 2 RoRo (Hook) Driver, you will be responsible for operating commercial vehicles and ensuring the safe and timely delivery/collection of containers. With core skills in driving and commercial driving, you will navigate routes efficiently and adhere to transportation regulations. Possessing a valid Category C Licence is essential for this role. Responsibilities
Safely operate HGV Class 2 RoRo vehicles for commercial driving purposes. Apply delivery driver experience to ensure timely and accurate deliveries/collections. Maintain a valid Category C driving license and adhere to all driving regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow designated routes for deliveries.
