NW Trading is a busy logistics company with operations in Birkenhead, Goole, Hull, and Bristol.

Shipping, stevedoring and warehousing are supported by a strong transport fleet allowing us to discharge ships, store cargo and deliver directly to end users.

We have recently invested over 1m in new vehicles and equipment and are looking to grow and improve our transport operation.

We are recruiting an HGV Class 1 Driver to work out of our Birkenhead depot.

The role is Monday to Friday day shifts, however, drivers interested in applying for this role must be flexible and prepared to work overtime (including weekends) where Drivers' Hours allow.

The role is based out of our Birkenhead depot but the right candidate will have the ability to tramp out when required.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work on both customer deliveries and discharge of vessels as the needs of the business dictates.

Discharge procedures will be dependent on the product involved but will include the following:

Tipper Trailers Powder Tankers Flat Bed Trailers Curtain-siders

Essential Skills:

Full Clean Class 1 Licence with at least 1 years' experience in Class 1 driving. Relevant CPC qualification Flexible approach to work Knowledge of tipper trailers / powder tanks would be advantageous but not essential.

The Company Offers:
