Job Description

At Tomato Plant, the health, safety and welfare of our people and our customers is priority. We are looking to recruit an experienced Tanker Driver/Operators both Class 1 and 2 to carry out Planned Maintenance & Reactive works which will include sweeper unit operations as and when required. The successful applicant will be servicing contracts across our existing client base including Heathrow Airport Ltd and various other clients in London and surrounding areas. As such must be able to attain an airside pass.

Full uniform and PPE equipment provided Regular training Competitive rates of pay Basic hours 5 x 10 hour shifts Monday - Friday 07:00 to 17:00 day shift or 20.00 to 06.00 night shift and some weekday and weekend overtime may be required.

Min Class C lorry driving licence. Class C+E desirable. Must be able to pass a criminal record check to obtain a Heathrow airside pass. Must be flexible with hours to work both days/nights and be "on call". Experience of operating Tankers and sweeper vehicles. HPWJ certification preferred but not essential. Available to work on a day and night shift rota basis. CSE certification preferred but not essential CSCS card preferred but not essential. Applicant must be able to pass a CRC check to work at LHR Airport. NRSWA SLG card preferred but not essential. Confined spaces card preferred but not essential.
