Groundworx Grabhire Ltd is looking for an experienced

Grab Driver

to join our growing team. We provide professional grab hire, waste removal and aggregate services across Central Scotland.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP with full employment and plenty of overtime offered. Training can be provided for the right individual from a different background with HGV knowledge/experience

Responsibilities

Safely operate a grab lorry to collect and transport materials such as soil, rubble, and aggregates. Load and unload materials using the grab in a safe and efficient manner. Conduct pre-use vehicle and crane checks to ensure they are in good working order. Adhere to all

. Communicate effectively with contractors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and a professional service. Accurately complete daily paperwork, including waste transfer notes and vehicle inspection reports. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the grab lorry. Follow scheduled routes and meet delivery/pickup deadlines. Represent

Requirements

HGV Category C (Class 2) Licence No more than 6 penalty licence points MPORS or equivalent crane ticket Valid in date CPC Digital Tachograph Card (Digi Card)
