What does it entail?
Your communication skills will ensure that customers end their experience of the company's service feeling delighted and willing to recommend you to others.
You must be used to working in a similar position within the industry and will therefore understand the requirements and constraints placed upon this role both in terms of Health & Safety, and customers' expectations. You will also understand the need to maintain an accurate and detailed documentation trail.
Operating a CAP Combi 3200 CL Tanker unit, you will carry out a range of services associated with the tankers, cleaning, clearance, repair and maintenance of our customer's drains and cold-water plumbing systems, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise. Predominantly you will be carrying our pre-planned maintenance works and in some cases emergency reactive work
Carrying out a range of services associated with the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of our customers' drains
Operation of High-Pressure Water Jetting Equipment in line with rigorous safety standards
Carrying out surveys
Providing an exceptional standard of customer service and technical expertise
Accurately recording work/job details via a range of bespoke internal/client systems and apps
Communicate effectively with high profile commercial and domestic clients and Metro Rod Support Centre colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is always provided
Being part of an on-call rota to help service our clients 24/7 / 365 days a year.
What are we looking for?
HGV class 2 License
High pressure water jetting and CCTV Surveying qualifications or experience equivalent
Relative H&S training - CSCS or EUSR / HPWJ / Streetworks
Excellent problem-solving ability with sound technical knowledge
Have a positive, flexible, can-do attitude
Want to be part of a growing and progressive business
Be willing to work some unsociable hours
Full UK driving licence
A good level of literacy and numeracy is necessary
Must live in the Aylesford or surrounding area
