About the role

Location:

Thornbury - Bristol

Salary:

42,744 + 6004 premium + overtime opportunities.

Shift Pattern:

Night shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am. 5 out of the 7 days, there is flexibility on days worked but Thursday and Fridays are a must.

What You'll Be Doing

- Servicing & maintaining HGVs to meet safety and performance standards.

- Diagnosing & repairing electrical and mechanical faults.

- Handling breakdowns & reactive maintenance, ensuring first-time fixes.

- Following manufacturer guidelines to keep our fleet roadworthy and efficient.

- Keeping accurate records of work completed.

What We're Looking For

- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or City and Guilds).

- HGV experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

- Class 1 license is desirable.......but we can support you in getting it.

- Good computer skills would be beneficial due to maintaining accurate records.
