As we expand, we're looking for experienced HGV Tipper Drivers to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence on job sites across the region.

The Role

As an HGV Tipper Driver, you'll be responsible for:

Safely operating tipper vehicles (bulk tipper / grab / muck-away) Delivering aggregates, waste, site materials or performing muck-away / site clearance Loading, securing, and unloading materials in line with safety regulations Performing daily vehicle inspections and reporting defects Maintaining accurate daily logs, delivery paperwork, and timesheets Communicating with site managers, logistics planners, and office staff Adhering to health & safety / CDM / environmental regulations on site
You'll typically be working across sites in the Midlands, so flexibility and reliability are essential.

What We're Looking For

Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence Good knowledge of vehicle and load safety rules Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism A commitment to safety and quality Good communication skills

Desirable, but not essential

Experience driving a tipper / bulk vehicle in construction, waste, or similar sectors. .CPC / Driver Certificate of Professional Competence Familiarity with Midlands road network and job-site locations
