Overview:

We are a small haulage company based in Milton Keynes. We have a vacancy for a Self employed or LTD class 2 HGV driver. This job may also be suitable for a local driver not wanting to be away all week most nights you will be back at Milton keyens. The job will consist of few drops & collection bring back in a day mainly to warehouses.

We are seeking a dedicated Self Employed Class 2 Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances while operating a commercial motor vehicle.

Duties:
- Safely operate trucks to transport goods to various destinations
- Load and unload cargo
- Follow specific instructions regarding pickup and delivery locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate driving logs
- Communicate with dispatch as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver or relevant position
- Commercial driving experience preferred
- Deliveries are carried out from our base in MK, nationwide and returning to base on the same day.

- 6AM - 9AM start depend On the load.

- 10-12hr shift avg, some days early finish
- Valid driver's license with minimum of 2 years experience.
- Clean driving record

- Driver CPC required
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
