Job Description


A new and opportunity is available for an Administrator to join our client\'s household moving team in London.

The Administrator will support the moving team with day to day administration duties and assisting with coordination of HHG moving services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-going administrative support to the moving team.
  • Accurately recording and updating CRM Data
  • Diary management and providing cover for staff that are out of the office.
  • Assist with preparing documents and files for each stage of the moving process.
  • Administrative support for the Sales Director
  • Scheduling calendar invites as requested
  • Provide on-going administrative support to the moving team
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience working in an office-based role handling administration and customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent IT skills using Microsoft suite (Word and Outlook)
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
