Complete Classroom Services are working with a Primary School who are a vibrant, lively academy for children aged 2-11 years old. We are seeking a

dedicated, flexible Part-Time HLTA

to join their supportive team from September 2025.

About the role:

Deliver high-quality learning under teacher guidance across mixed-ability classes. Support the delivery of the UK curriculum, ensuring continuity and progression across subjects. Lead small group interventions to support pupil progress and engagement. Foster a positive learning environment aligned with the schools vision. Work closely with teachers and support staff, contributing to a nurturing, child-centred environment.

Requirements:

HLTA status is

desirable

.

Level 3 childcare qualification (minimum requirement).

Experience teaching or supporting the

UK curriculum

within a primary setting. Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to develop a love of learning.
