Stone Lodge Therapeutic School is a split site special school in Kettering and Thrapston specialising in supporting children aged 11-17 with high functioning autism and social emotional and mental health needs. We support vulnerable children with additional needs to meet their potential through care, understanding and ambition. Children follow a GCSE curriculum as well as additional outdoor and vocational learning.
We require HLTAs to deliver pre planned lessons building strong relationships and supporting them to be successful. You MUST have either the HLTA qulaifucation or QTS.

We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated, child-centred HLTAs to work at our new SEN school. We offer class sizes of 6 or less, a real focus on relationships, classroom craft and a great outcomes.
Our HLTAs are vital to the success of the school - they support pupils educationally and socially emotionally throughout the school day in and outside of the classroom. We will support progression for mentors into teaching if appropriate.
