What you'll be doing:




You will give specific advice and coaching on the interpretation of people policies and provide support on people related elements of business projects Working across a variety of business areas, each placement will offer a unique experience, and you will support that business area to deliver their objectives through their people plan. You will work with stakeholders inside the HR function, other internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders as appropriate. The ability to communicate, influence and negotiate is key whilst adopting evidence-based decision making. You will use data to provide insights into people trends and issues and support colleagues and leaders in creating solutions to deal with them.

What qualification will you get?





Level 5 People Professional apprenticeship, which aligns with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development for Associate Member status.

Please note you must not book any annual leave within the first 3 months of your apprenticeship. Following this, leave will be considered depending on the individual training delivery schedule and must be approved by your line manager.

Qualification requirements



5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9-4 / A*-C which must include Maths & English


AND





72 UCAS points (or equivalent) (excluding UCAS points gained at AS level)
