Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Littlehampton

Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex


Hours: 08:30 AM - 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only


Start Date: ASAP


Salary: Competitive (based on experience) - typically aligned with TA pay bands


We're searching for an experienced HLTA to take on a leadership role in a Littlehampton primary. If you can deliver interventions and support whole-class learning when required, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:


o Lead targeted interventions and support whole-class learning within your remit.


o Support curriculum planning, assessment and pupil tracking.


o Mentor and support less experienced teaching assistants.


o Contribute to behaviour management and inclusive practice.





Skills & Experience / What We're Looking For:


o HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.


o Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.


o Experience of supporting curriculum delivery and assessment.
