Conduct height, weight and vital signs
Working closely with the Registered nurse to deliver, monitor and evaluate care.
Communicating effectively with patients, families and members of the multidisciplinary team.
Using your skills and knowledge to escalate concerns or manage risk
Working together with others - offering support as able.
Developing a range of additional skills to support the delivery of safe and effective care in line Band 3 CSW expectations.
