Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate HLTA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with autism, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

- Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational programmes
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
- Implement strategies to support children with autism spectrum disorder
