This role is perfect for someone with strong behaviour management, resilience, and creativity - someone who thrives in a setting that supports students with additional needs and challenging behaviour.

The Role:

Deliver planned lessons and interventions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis. Work closely with teaching staff to adapt learning and ensure accessibility. Support pupils with SEMH needs to regulate, re-engage, and achieve. Lead classroom cover when required, maintaining a safe and positive environment. Contribute to the wider pastoral and academic support of the provision.

About You:

Previous HLTA or cover experience is highly desirable. Confident working with SEMH / additional needs. Strong communication, empathy, and resilience. Able to build positive, trusting relationships with young people.
