Own and grow the high-rise portfolio across the North of England. Win new city schemes and develop a tight set of key accounts through multi-year project cycles.

What You Will Do
Research and target live and upcoming high-rise projects in major northern cities
Get in front of commercial leads, project managers, and QS teams
Build multi-threaded relationships and keep momentum through design, pricing, and install phases
Maintain a clear understanding of market conditions and competitor specification/price points
Hand projects to delivery cleanly, then stay close to cross-sell and upsell
What You Bring
Must Haves
Proven success selling into construction, fit-out, kitchens, or similar contract supply
Comfort working with fast-moving, margin-focused clients and shifting specs
Strong commercial judgment and a clear ethical line
Ability to plan a territory, research online, and work sites face-to-face
Nice to Haves
Network in high-rise residential or mixed-use developers
Experience securing complex projects
Understanding of how site logistics and install schedules affect profit

Location & Package
This is a remote, field-based role covering the North of England. Ideal candidates will be based in a major metropolitan hub such as Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, or Sheffield.
You'll also receive a company car, phone, and all expenses.
