Job Salary: 12.50 per hour

Role and responsibilities;

What your role will include

:



As a Highways Electrical Maintenance/Installation Operative (Level 2) Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced highways maintenance teams, gaining practical skills and knowledge in the delivery of essential services. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with Highways Maintenance Teams:

Working directly with existing teams to undertake a variety of tasks.

Street Lighting Works:

Assisting with the maintenance, repair, and potentially installation of street lighting infrastructure.

Signage Works:

Supporting the maintenance and installation of traffic signs and other related signage.

Associated Electrical Works:

Contributing to other electrical tasks within the highways environment as required.

Skill Development through Training:

Participating actively in various training courses designed to equip you with the necessary skills and qualifications to become a proficient Highways Operative.
