We are looking for a Highways Operatives to help us fulfil a contract with Balfour Beatty at their Budbrooke Depot.

Applicants must live within 30 minutes of our depot to comply with call-out response time requirements.

Hours:

3pm - 11pm, Monday - Friday, with half an hour unpaid break.

The requirement would be to be on call Monday night through to Friday Morning outside of your working hours.

Pay:

14.75-15.25 per hour (depending on qualifications).

20.00 per on call (Monday - Thursday)

Time and a half for hours for all call outs.

Skills required:

- 7.5 tonne licence with up to date CPC is

Preferable

.

- NRSWA street works qualification is Highly desirable, training can be offered after a successful probationary period.

- CSCS card.

- Winter Maintenance experience, Pot hole repairs, Minor Slabbing works.

- Basic/Minor Highways repairs, and Support of Emergency Services for Highway Emergencies.

The ideal candidate should have highways/construction experience.
