What you'll be doing:
You will lead and coordinate a wide range of reactive maintenance activities, including:
Pothole and patch repairs
Drainage and sinkhole investigations
Signage, fencing, and lining
Emergency response and winter maintenance
Traffic management and safety planning
You'll manage a team of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You'll also work closely with the Senior Supervisor to plan resources, monitor budgets, and mentor your team.

What we're looking for:
Proven experience in highways or construction (Ganger level or above)
Knowledge of traffic management (TM1, TM2, T7)
Understanding of health & safety and quality assurance
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to undertake further training (e.g. Winter 6159 Supervisor Unit 621)
