We're looking for a full time Hire Administrator to join our lively team at our office close to London Bridge. The role in primarily about supporting the management of long- and short-term hire contracts of radio communications hardware.
No experience of the products is necessary as ongoing product training will be provided, but a customer service background would be an advantage.
Role Description
You will be assisting in managing the long and short term hire operations, coordinating equipment transfers, communicating with clients, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the department. The role will require you to respond to new and existing customer enquiries, issuing quotes by email and processing orders.
The company operates a sophisticated inventory management software around which sales admin, operations and accounts function. You will receive comprehensive training, essential to succeed in the role.
Key skills for the ideal candidate include:
Good IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word in particular)
A strong communicator comfortable with phone and email
You must be exceptionally well organised and able to coordinate between customers, fellow team members and operational staff within tight deadlines
