Hire Controller
to join our friendly team at ourLount depot
near Ashby-de-la-Zouch.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the equipment rental market sector, or construction equipment sectors -- or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What you'll be doing:
Handling incoming hire enquiries via phone and email Coordinating equipment availability and transport logistics Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers Working closely with our operations and service teams Ensuring a smooth and efficient hire process from start to finish
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a
hire or rental environment
is preferred Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and a positive attitude Someone who thrives in a team but can manage their own workload effectivelyWhat we offer:
